WordPress has made a connection with Pexels, which is a resource of free stock photos. In the YouTube video below, I show you how to add a Pexels’ photo into a WordPress blog post. I also show you how to remove it, if you change your mind.

Why is this interesting? Searching for photos on the internet is nice for inspiration for your website or blog, but so often, your searches feature images that have copyright restrictions. Copyrighted photos shouldn’t be used without permission from the owner.

Pexels.com supplies that permission for you and, in exchange, they ask that you post the photographer’s name and link back to Pexels.

Disclaimer: Please visit Pexels.com to read their notice about copyright.

I am starting up a few WordPress tutorials on my YouTube channel and this one is the first. My audience is for beginners but I will occasionally create tips that are neat for all levels of experience.

Got an idea for a WordPress tutorial? I'll go with ideas that might fit a few people.

I also offer guidance or training (over the phone) for 1 hour increments or 4 hour increments or customized for your needs. Let me know if you'd like to boost your WordPress experience on your own. - Meagan
