Given than many of us are not able to travel right now, due to Stay At Home orders to reduce the spread of the pandemic, I’ve been looking through past pictures in order to try some painting experiments. And I realized that I have a great bounty of pictures from my trip to Crete in October of 2019.

So, I am beginning a personal project that will (hopefully) satisfy a need (yours and mine) to dream of travel and exploration, even when we cannot right now. Will include photography (the good kind and the snapshot kind), video, watercolors and maybe some other kinds of special effects. The trip inspired all kinds of follow up interests and discovery.

Where to find this?

  • I thought I could share a few images on my blog (https://www.meaganhealy.com).
  • The rest, I will put out through a special mailing list for images ONLY, no words (except for the email subject line). (This is not a sales or oriented mailing list – it’s just to share imagery, kind of like social media but through email.) Sign up for the image-only mailing list here:http://eepurl.com/cRJMd5
  • Or follow me on Instagram (@ MeaganHealy).

Stay safe, friends. Keep in touch (virtually, for now) and … wash your hands.

Best,
Meagan Healy

A street in Heraklion, Crete on my first night. Hadn’t slept in over 24 hours but I wasn’t going to miss walking around a little.
